FC Your Mum 5 v 6 G-14
Premiership
A close game saw both teams produce some excellent football.
G-14’s energetic front line were causing problems as they attacked with pace, Thommo picking up man of the match for his 2 goals but it could’ve been any number of players, Will, Chris, James Brown, both the goalkeepers all played a blinder in a thoroughly entertaining game.
FC Your Mum had the chances to win this game and were leading when Chris had a one on one with the Keeper only to blaze his shot wide, Thommo ran straight up the other end and finished his chance to equalise… the difference between these two was the finishing.
Wonderers 2 v 5 Cold Beers Hot Women
Championship
Cold Beers turned the books upside down with this impressive win. Tom Murrell the inspiration with a man of the match display and 3 goals to add to his name to give them a deserved win over the 2nd placed Wonderers.
Norton Blues 4 v 18 Cold Beers Hot Women
League Cup 1st Rnd
Cold Beers booked there place in the 2nd round with a dominant first half display leading 10-1.
Norton Blues hit back in the 2nd period with Aaron and Rod linking up well but Cold Beers’ Stefan Gajewski found too much space to score 7 goals.
Celtic IT Box 1 v 9 Wonderers
Championship
A disastrous game for Celtic as they looked to keep pace with the leading pack.
Wonderers dented there title credentials but enhanced there own taking them to within one point of the leaders with a game in hand too.
Wonderers are looking good again at this level and will look to build on there good start to the campaign.
Celtic Evolution 11 v 4 Drogs Ballacks
Championship
Drogs had the chance to extend their lead at the top but lost out to a rampant Celtic team. Drogs have now lost 3 games this season, hardly a title winning statistic after such a good start to the campaign.
Celtic however now finds themselves just 2 points behind them with a game in hand now.
Hayden, Paddy and new boy Scott look like a lethal strike force for this level at least.
PPFC 3 v 11 Drogs Ballacks
Championship Shield
The first big test for the young PPFC against a team in full flow of late and they struggled to cope with the strength of their opponents, Jnr back in the squad and back scoring goals as we’ve become accustomed to hitting 5, Lyle again also making a big impression with 4 goals of his own.
Barca Boys 4 v 3 Stringer Legends
Championship
A very close encounter between these two teams as Stringer looked to gain there first win of the season and almost did.
Barca Boys struggled to stamp there authority on the game and almost let it slip as Stringer Legends pushed forward looking for the win at 3-3, Barca Boys left it late to snatch the winner. Debutant PJ scoring it.
Shake n Bake 4 v 9 Millers Appeal
League Cup 1st Round
Shake n Bake took an early exit from the competition as they struggled in the 2nd half to make any real threat on the Millers goal.
Goalkeeper Tony, playing outfield in this game inspired with 2 goals, helped along with a hat trick from Ian Davies and Bob, and a goal from Kully.
Norton Blues 9 v 14 K.Kobras
Championship
By far the best performance of the season from Norton Blues, as they scored 9 goals, the first time they have managed more than 4 in a game.
New signing Rob getting 6 of them along with Aaron (2) and Paul.
K.Kobras made hard work of it in the first half as they only took a narrow lead in at the break but with the ever impressive Matty Upton in the side again they were always likely to score as he bagged himself 5 goals.
46 GAMES LEAGUE GAMES WITHOUT LOSING ENDS IN DRAMATIC FASHION
Arsenal FC 1 v 3 Famous 5
Premiership
In an eagerly anticipated fixture it was Famous 5 that started off the more brightly playing the more controlled football and taking a 2-0 lead in at half time.
Whispers were going round the balcony that Arsenal might eventually lose as they looked completely off the boil giving the ball away too easy.
Famous 5 could have had the game wrapped up by half time, Ash missing 3 glorious chances.
Kim Green, usually solid at the back was getting frustrated as he kept wondering off, he helped Arsenal score there first, and for a few moments it looked like they might claw there way back into as we have seen them do so many times this season, but Stuart ended the game with only a few minutes remaining blasting the ball past Sucki to give Arsenal there first defeat of the season as Famous 5 leap frogged them in the league.

4Covs 10 v 5 Shake n Bake
Premiership
A miserable night for Shake n Bake was compounded by 4Covs in a dominant game.
Once again Shake n Bake struggled in the later stages of the game as 4Covs’ Jamie Lenton, Scott Hennell and Dan opened them up time and again.
Only a first half Steve Reece hat trick kept them in it up until the break but a performance of the season so far from 4Covs moved them up to 4th spot.
Famous 5 8 v 2 4Covs
Premiership
Famous 5 bought 4Covs back down to earth with a comfortable victory.
The first half was a close affair with only the one goal in it…a long ranger from Pete that pin balled off two players before finding the net, but the 2nd half was all Famous 5 with the returning Ash looking like he hadn’t been away and Stuart keeping up his goals run with 4.
Big Pete showed why he has been recalled to the international scene with a man of the match display.
Norfolk In Chance 7 v 6 FC Your Mum
League Cup 1st Rnd
A game for the keepers as both teams struggled in the first half to find any real rhythm in front of goal.
Ian saved a penalty from Will whilst at the other end Dave pulled off some top notch saves of his own.
In the end Norfolk just grazed it with the win.
Mean Machine 2 v 9 G-14
Premiership
An easy victory for G-14 as Mean Machine struggled in the final 3rd of the pitch.
G-14 strolled into a half time lead of 7-0 and never looked like conceding until Matt scored a surprise goal, followed by Vick to give them slim hopes. They were dashed within in minutes as G-14 strolled to a comfortable win. A hat trick apiece fro Jason, Ash and Adam Lewis
Celtic Evolution 5 v 5 Barca Boys
Championship
A thoroughly entertaining game saw both teams attack with pace.
Barca Boys are starting to surprise a lot of teams as they look to have got the balance right in attack and defence after a poor start to the season.
Celtic struggled to emulate there earlier performance and were lucky in the end to come away with 2 points.
