How does it feel to finally reach the top?
It feels great and really its about time, I built this great team from scratch and now its our time to shine.
The first PPV of the season is nearly upon us and a lot of anticipation is building heading into the extravaganza. After a lot of banter between the Seagulls and Indoor Milan, what do you think about Indoor Milan as a club and what they stand for?
An interesting question, undoubtedly they have some good players, lil Ash probably one of the best in the league, however they don 't seem to have respect for other teams and they seem to stand for everything wrong with 5Star, while we stand for everything right within 5Star.
We know you rate your Gulls as some of the best in the business boasting names such as ‘Disco’, ‘Superstar’ and the Joe ‘Show Stopper’ Barr and it’s him we want to talk about. He is a well known in the 5Star World but has yet to break into the elite bracket of our major players, give us your take on Joe
Joe Barr is a pioneer, he brings things people haven't seen before to indoor football- his trademark free-kick a great example. I personally feel it is an outrage he hasn't been given the recognition he deserves. Joe Barr could play in any team in this league comfortably. I am certain that along with Konrath, myself, Hallett and Joe Hart will be in the running for this seasons Premiership Player of the Year.
To be fair to them Indoor have some Box Office players themselves what sets you apart and in your opinion sets you above them?
Undoubtedly as I said before they have good players who can win games however the way I see, they are just another team with a few good players and they will become just another victim.
The PPV suggests a start of a Legacy and to us here at News in Brief we are buzzing about the possibilities….. What can we expect the Legacy of the Gulls to bring in season 07?
We will be taking names and making names. Despite the fact we hold numerous wins over Cov Legion, City Rejects and various other big names we are still not getting the respect we deserve. We are gonna be the 5Star Sports hero's whether they like it or not.
There is another blockbuster match on show at PRIDE and that is City Rejects vs Merchants, who do you foresee winning this game?
Well it is indeed a big game and I will be hoping for a Rejects win, sadly I just cant see it.
Maybe they can grab a draw if they play to their best and catch Merchants napping
Back to your game, who do you fear if anyone from Indoor Milan?
On a personal level I fear Adam McBride, he has made it clear on the guest book and is desperate for me to cross over to his team. Sadly however The Godfather of the seagull Mafia does not Cross the Line and is happy with his 'Frostettes'
On a more serious note I noticed that Indoor Milan have recently signed a new player and he does seem to be pretty good. We have also signed our own new player though Lee 'The Hitman' Hart from Barnets. Ash is always a threat but seems to be deployed in defence for some crazy reason which limits the impact he should have on the game, yet another reason he should join the Mafia where he would be played in his correct position.
As we depart for the ride to PRIDE what is your final message to Indoor Milan and their manager Ian Lewis?
