CLUB HEAT Premiership Preview
Season 05 was good but as season 05 is upon us 5Star Promotions C.E.O Mark Corbett previews all the Friday Teams and gives his predictions
Inter Girls
Surprise package last season and were unfortunate not to finish higher, with the in form Lee up front and the performances of Manager/Goalkeeper Ian they will look to put last season’s disappointment behind them.
League Prediction 3rd
The Business
Another team with inconsistencies, one week look really good the next lacking in something, can’t quite put my finger on them yet. Need to be a bit more physical and stronger.
League Prediction 10th
Celtic IT Box
The team most will consider to be favourites, for me only if they turn up each week, they have a tendancy to show up short some weeks and could be there downfall.
Paddy and Phil will need to impose themselves early on and sustain it.
League Prediction 2nd
Mean Machine
My favourites for the title, shown during the Sunday League they can play football, they can also put themselves about and are not afraid of a strong challenge, will need to keep there discipline to fully achieve there potential.
With players such as Tom and Daz they will always score goals and in the sticks have one of the best emerging goalkeepers in Anthony.
League Prediction 1st
Cold Beers Hot Women
Another returning team to our leagues and also with potential, have shown in pre season they mean business with a string of good results, and as a reliable team will fancy there chances. A cup win is probably there best bet of silverware this season, but they will expect themselves to be challenging for the title.
League Prediction 5th
57FC
A new team to the Reds 1st Divison and a team that look good, unfortunately haven’t seen a lot of them but what I have seen I think they will cause teams problems, will expect them to finish mid table in there first season.
League Prediction 7th
Cyprus UTD
Perhaps the dark horses of the league, are more than capable of causing an upset or two along the way and if they can perform to there best will definitely be there or there abouts come the end of the season, keep an eye out for these boys.
League Prediction 4th
Lloyds Bar
Not seen them in action yet but if Sundays team is anything to go by then they will be in the top 4 come the end of the season, but until we know which team will be available a more cautious mid table finish is my prediction
League Prediction 6th
Sunshine
Have played some good football and for young lads aren’t afraid to put in the work against the bigger teams, lack fire power but with the introduction of a couple of Ex Zion Knight players could be the requirement they need.
League Prediction 9th
Drogs Ballacks
A creative name and to be fair have some creative players, they look good going forward and will score goals, a little shaky at the back and without a regular goalkeeper, may cause themselves problems. Again haven’t seen a lot of them so only a cautious prediction, will definitely look to prove me wrong though.
