Inter Girls lost out in last season REDS CUP and were in form going into this tie while Drogs Ballacks who have lost their foregin imports were also in decent form but only one place in the final was up for grabs...

Inter Girls started the brighter as Andy scored right at the start after some sloppy defending. It wasn't long until Lee doubled the lead from a well placed free kick. Dogs eventually pulled there finger out and Karl Saba was a constant threat but his reluctance to pass the ball was there downfall in the first half, he did however get on the score sheet as he reacted quickest after a fine save from Arfan.
As Dogs pushed forward it was man of the match Steve Bolas who was defending superbly, keeping out Karl and co and putting himself in the way of everything and his persistence paid off as he won a free kick just before the break which again Lee Konrath coolly slotted away to give them a 3-1 advantage much to the dismay of Dogs Ballacks.
The second half got off to the same start with Karl guilty of missing a host of chances and the tropical forward was becoming increasingly frustrated with his own failings in front of goal but the Dogs saw much of the ball and eventually it paid off as they scored two goals in quick succession to level the game. Some excellent end to end stuff followed with both teams attacking and playing on the edge of caution. Inters Andy and Lee showing some lethal finishing to extend there lead but Dogs hit back straight away until stupidity from Karl Saba saw him sin binned for what can only be described as petulance, this gave Inter the momentum to take over the domination of the game and the excellent Lee K shot his team into another REDS CUP Final and they will be awaiting the winner of the Mean Machine vs Fifty7 FC Semi-Final.
