Curtis gave them an early lead but the reply from Kieran was a screaming effort worthy of goal of the season contender, Wonderers used there tactical know how to good effect as they found themselves still in the game at only 3-2 down at the break. Excelsior upped there game a little more in the second half and when heads dropped it was Curtis that picked them up scoring another 2 goals with assists from Danny bell(2) Gavin and Lil Dan(2). Kieran was on fire again scoring a hat trick and Steve bagged a brace too, Wonderers will feel a little hard done by as they fought till the end.
Excelsior 7 vs 5 FC Your Mum

Another fiercely contested game saw Excelsior battle out a deserved win in the end, after recent comments that Excelsior can’t perform under pressure they had a point to prove, and a point they did prove. FC Your Mum had the upper hand in the first half as Excelsior failed to control Will who scored a first half hat trick and found themselves 4-3 up at half time. As the second half went on FC Your Mum took control but failed to take advantage of there possession as Ian Iceman produced a string of fine saves and as the half progressed signs of Excelsior’s inability to keep there heads started to surface and it wasn’t long until James Brown saw Red for lashing out at the impressive Chris who was a handful all game using his strength to good advantage. RSVP dominated the game from the off in what many had predicted as an easy win for the Mozzies to ease the threat of relegation, but now RSVP find themselves just 2 points away from leap frogging their opponents with a game in hand too. RSVP were at full strength and it showed as they stormed into a 4-0 half time lead with Frost, Daz and Joe all scoring. Steve Bolas will be pleased as punch with his performance at the back, solid as always and very rarely giving Mozzies a sniff at goal. Another 2 goals from Frosty and a goal from Andy was enough to secure all 4 points.

Dizzy Tooters 4 vs 10 Millers Appeal

Millers Appeal kept up there assault for 4th spot with a comfortable win over struggling Dizzy Tooters. Dizzies took a shock 2-0 lead though with goalkeeper Arfan at fault for the second but it didn’t take Millers long to claw there way back with Player of the season nominee Mark Quinn scoring two and a brace from Amraj saw them lead at the interval.
Manager Jim scored surely his best of the season running through the Millers defence before hitting a blockbuster shot but it wasn’t enough to stop Millers with new signing Waqquas impressing on his debut scoring 2 goals along with Aggy(2) and Amraj(4).

Mozzies Army made hard work of the second half after being 4-1 up at half time, Dan Paul and Matty giving them the edge, but a spirited fight back saw a nervy ending to this tie with Mozzies eventually coming out on top and perhaps deservedly too although they will be upset they didn’t manage to kill the game off sooner, Brett(3) and Mark(2) scoring for Fifty7 FC.
Something Else 3 vs 6 Millers Appeal

In the shock of the night Something Else could well have blown there chances of retaining the title after what can only be described as a dismal performance, Millers were up for it right from kick off going in 3-1 up at half time. Something Else were woeful at the back and Millers fully deserved there lead, if anything they should’ve been ahead by more had it not been for some wasteful chances form Quinny in particular, he did however got on the score sheet twice and a hat trick from Amraj was enough to see of a late challenge from S.Else’s Danny Thompson as he hit 3 goals of his own.

Inter Girls 0 vs 4 Fifty7 FC

Inter Girls were way off the boil in this game and with a weakened team failed to test the Fifty7 keeper throughout the entire game, Fity7 however took full advantage of there opponents short comings with an impressive display of keep ball and finishing but would’ve perhaps liked to have scored a few more, but goals from Mark Brett(2) and Tom were enough to keep there mid table finish secure.

Something Else 15 vs 2 Dizzy Tooters

Something Else added to Tooters woes demolishing them in an unstoppable second half performance. Leading 4-1 at the break Dizzies had hoped to keep the score respectable with a stand in goalkeeper but it wasn’t to be as even Goalkeeper Matty Gee came out of goal to score. Steve Reece(6), Danny Thompson(5), Kev Reece(1) and Dave Jones(2) all getting in on the act too.
Sweden FC 7 vs 4 Celtic

Celtic almost looked like causing an upset as they outplayed Sweden in the first half and fully deserved there 2-1 lead at the interval but as we all know Sweden will always score goals with the attacking flare they possess in Adam L, Danny Bell and Lil Ash. Even without free scoring Gavin they seem to find the net with ease and goals from Adam L(3), Ash(2), Adam Mc and Danny Bell gave them the win everyone was expecting. Replies from Scott(2), paddy and James.
