NEVER ENOUGH
Started their 5star World life in our opening season under the name
Ocean's 7 and soon made their mark on the business.
Their first trophy was the 1st Division title under the management of Des they then evolved into Never Enough who went on to win numerous titles and championships, most notably winning BacktoBack Sunday Premiership titles.
They will go down in history as one of the greatest of all time and arguably the best ever.
AMIR
Was part of the
Heath Rangers/Shadows era that dominated the 5star World for over 3 years. He returned in Season 07
briefly in charge of Bozzy Bangers.
Tough tackling and always gave 100% finished his career with Excelsior and a President's Cup win which gave him 3 and the only player to win the prestigious title with two different teams.
DIDDY TOOTERS
These young upstarts were the first seeds
to blossom and usher in the new generation
Raw and wild they slowly matured and won the Division One title under the guidance of BIG Jim.
Always gave 100% effort and also had skilful players such as Bish, Wayne and others. Most of all though they laid the foundations for the starlets that grace our business currently.
SOMETHING ELSE
Their legacy can still be felt in the 5star World as manager Andy Watts new side Norfolk live of the wealth that Something Else earned.
When Boys r Back looked unstoppable
on Friday Night's one team stepped up and seized power in what was the most memorable season to date (season 05) when Something Else finally grasped the brass ring and reached the mountain top.
EXCELSIOR
They were in it from the git go when 5star Promotions was launched. Led by Gavin Lee (hof) they had one mission and that was to scale the highest mountains in the
5Star Kingdom. Their biggest title came when they scooped the President Cup in Season 05 but the pressure of chasing the dream caused self implosion and Excelsior were closed down at the end of season 06.
Neither the less they left with a legacy and everyone always has an Excelsior story to tell.
PLAYERZ
Playerz will always be in the argument as to who has been the No1 team of all time. During season 02
they breezed into the
Friday League and won everything in sight even out gunning the feared Shadows. They took an hiatus but returned to the company in season 5 and came Runners Up the same fate was cast in season 06 but by this time the African Lions had lost their aura and the end came sadly in season 06. Will always be remembered for their skills, and ruthlessness on the pitch and true gents off it.
LUKE 'maverick' MASLIN
You either loved him or hated him but one thing for sure Luke will always be an icon within the 5Star World. Luke was the first football player to become a 5Star Superstar with the Save US campagin. Maverick by name Maverick by
Nature, Luke could never find himself a footballing home with stints at City Seagulls, City Rejects, FC Heat and even managed his own teams Evolution and Maverick Allstars but as with many stars who reach the peak Maverick was never fully happy and at the start of season 07 Luke ended his association with the company after being released by Allstar Revolution.
After many retirements and comebacks has the curtain finally fell on the man who electrified the 5star World, we wait and see.
A chance to see some of the stars of yester year, those who paved the way for the
5star World's Star's of today.
LLOYDS BAR
Plied their trade on Sunday Nights
and were always a capable outfit.
Members through their doors include, Adam McBride, Steve Bolas (hof), Dave Jones, Danny Clue
amongst many. Their greatest triumph came when they won the first ever Super Cup and that trophy spelt the end of Lloyds Bar and are now known to us as Indoor Milan but under a new management team headed by Lloyds Bar's former keeper Ian Lewis.
MULLITS
Led by Hall of Famer Steve Bolas
The Mullits were a much respected team.
Not the most technical of sides but made up for that in endeavor.
Won a few titles along the way including the Friday League Cup. They were also the launch pad of International star Dave Jones and others can also still be seen in the 5star World.
COV RANGERS
Romped to the 1st Division title in Season 04 going the whole season unbeaten in the league.
It took them a while to get there and once Mark Quinn got rid of the
deadwood it was onwards and upwards. They finished in 3rd position in the Friday Premiership in season 05 but then Mark Quinn gave up control and handed the reins to Carl Pickup. Rangers then went into melt down finally calling it a day during Season 06.
PILOTS
Was only with the company for one season during the LeagueofChampions.
They not only won the Kings Cup Elect Night One but also
won the much sought after PointstoVictory Cup with a 9-0 win over FC Heat. Key player and manager Kahled was a joy to watch and finished in the top 5 Pound4Pound League of Champions player list.
DANNY ELKIN
Danny was a true team player and grew through the ranks of City Rejects then ran by 'vicious' Vince. When the takeover was made by 'father in law' Terry (hof) Danny blossomed into one of our all time greats.
A defender who shirked no challenge, a player who left it all on the pitch including blood, sweat and tears. Danny is now on a 6 months break from the 5star World and is rumored to be seeking out Michael Barrymore in New Zealand.
ECCC
They flit in and out the 5star World but have been part of the company for many years.
First formed by Steve Swaffield ECCC were
Always a pretty footballing side but when sibling Rich took over the helm this was when ECCC became a real force. There longevity is always a doubt but when they were in the mood they took major names at will.
DILDO BOY
The famous 'dildo' boy who we will only refer to as Tom.
The setting was our
VIP Players Lounge Night @
Club Heat.
A rookie superstar with a little to much champagne inside yearned for the equally infamous Club Heat torture chair, he got his
wish and a mouthful of plastic later 'Tom' has never been seen in the 5star World since!!
NICK JANDA
Made his name in the surroundings of K.Kobras and became a household name thanks to his International apperances for Team Friday
An elegant player who had almost the complete game, his skills and presents has been sorely missed by K.Kobras since his departure due to injury.
We expect Nick to return and when he does the 5star World will be a better place for it.
ZIGGY TOOTERS
The older generation that bought us Diddy Tooters and just like Diddies they started off raw and unplugged but as the years elapsed Ziggy grew into men.
They went on to become a main event level team and were even feared by the greats Arsenal FC beating them several times over the years. Family and life bought about the end of the Tooters full time but they can be seen periodically in the summer months and are currently back thrilling fans on our premier night Sunday.
CARL PICKUP
He was once the undisputed Pound4Pound No1 rated keeper in the business. It took Carl a while to reach the summit of individual greatness but it is a perch not
many get to reach. His clubs range from Zion Knights to Motley Barnets but Carl succumb to the toxins of life and sadly his reign was short lived which was such a shame as Carl is a top boy and we hope to see him back with the company in the near future.
ZION KNIGHTS
A team from the streets who came in and breathed new life into the 5Star World.
These boyz were billed as the
next Arsenal FC due to their
fast skilful type play. Never ones to worry about defending, attacking talent like Luis, Alex and more terrified many during their 3 season stay. Their divining moment came when they scooped the Crystalise Shield now known as the Championship Shield.

DANNY'S BOYS
They came to the company from a rival organisation and soon found the home of 5 A Side on that is unrivalled. They also
Had their own stars who were almost unrivalled mainly Stevie E who's goal ratio is almost unmatched, always suspect at the back but Danny's Boys were a match for any Championship side on their day. A disappointing incident spelt the end of the likable lads but a return to the company is not out the question.
